Global Connect Education, a product of Dubey's Aspire Global Education LLP, provides educational consultancy services including but not limited to:
- University selection and guidance
- Application assistance
- Document verification support
- Visa processing support
- Financial guidance and scholarship information
- Post-arrival support services
All payments made through Global Connect Education are processed to the registered bank account of Dubey's Aspire Global Education LLP. Payment details are provided at the time of registration.
Payment is non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. All fees are clearly outlined before service commencement.
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Follow our guidance and recommendations
- Meet all deadlines set by Global Connect Education
- Adhere to university and visa requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of shared information
While we try our best to ensure successful outcomes, Global Connect Education does not guarantee admission to any university or visa approval. Final decisions rest with the respective institutions and government authorities.
Our services are consultancy in nature. Students are responsible for their decisions and any consequences thereof.
All content, materials, and resources provided by Global Connect Education are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Global Connect Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Global Connect Education reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
