Refunds may be applicable for:
- Services not rendered as promised
- Withdrawal before service commencement (within 7 days)
- Service package changes
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Services partially or fully availed
- Consultancy and guidance services
- Application processing fees (after submission)
- Document verification fees
- Services beyond the 7-day cancellation period
To request a refund:
- Submit a written request to info@globalconnecteducation.com
- Provide order/service ID and reason for refund
- Our team will review within 7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
7 Days from Purchase: Full refund if service not started
After 7 Days: Partial refund based on services consumed, if applicable
After Service Completion: No refund applicable
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Refund requests must meet the following conditions:
- Request submitted within specified timeframe
- Valid reason for refund
- Client has not transferred services
- No violation of terms and conditions
