By engaging with Global Connect Education, you authorize us to act on your behalf for the following purposes:
- Submitting applications to universities on your behalf
- Communicating with educational institutions
- Submitting visa application documents
- Coordinating with embassy/consulate offices
- Providing documents and information to relevant authorities
- Tracking application status with partner institutions
Global Connect Education, a product of Dubey's Aspire Global Education LLP, is authorized to represent you in all matters related to your study abroad journey.
Our team members are authorized representatives and can act on your behalf within the scope of services outlined in your service agreement.
The following representatives of Global Connect Education are authorized to act on your behalf:
- Founders and Co-Founders
- Country Heads
- Application Consultants
- Visa Specialists
- Any person explicitly authorized by the above
You authorize Global Connect Education to:
- Collect and store your original and scanned documents
- Submit documents to universities and government agencies
- Obtain certified copies from authorities on your behalf
- Maintain secure records of all submitted documents
You authorize Global Connect Education to:
- Communicate with universities on your behalf
- Receive and forward communications from institutions
- Represent your interests in discussions with universities
- Update your academic records when required
You may revoke this power of attorney at any time by providing written notice to:

Upon revocation, Global Connect Education will cease acting on your behalf from the date of notice. However, any applications already submitted cannot be recalled.
Global Connect Education acts as your agent and follows your instructions diligently. However, we are not responsible for:
- Decisions made by universities or government agencies
- Delays beyond our control
- Changes in policies by institutions or governments
- Information provided by you that proves to be false
All information shared with Global Connect Education remains confidential. We do not share your personal information with unauthorized parties except as necessary for service delivery to universities and government agencies.
This Power of Attorney shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
